• Out-of-Stock Products: 7–14 days (additional processing time required).
• Customized Shoes: 5–20 days (handmade with precision).
• International Orders:
• GCC Countries: 5–15 business days.
• Outside UAE: 7–21 business days.
• High Demand Seasons (Eid/Ramadan): Delays may occur due to increased volume.

Note: We cannot guarantee arrival times for returned packages due to address errors.
