- Initiate Returns: Email us first for return address instructions.
Non-Refundable Cases:
- Incorrect Address: No refund if packages return due to address errors.
- Delivery Refusal: No refund if you reject delivery fees.
- Unclaimed Packages: No refund for uncollected deliveries.
- Customer-Caused Damage: Improper use or wear.
- Clearance Items: Final sale; no exchanges/refunds.
- Orders < 7 Days: Ineligible for returns.
- Force Majeure: Delays/losses from natural disasters, policy changes, etc.
Return Shipping
- Customer Responsibility: Cover return costs for errors (wrong size/color, change of mind).
- Our Responsibility: We cover costs for our errors (wrong/damaged items).
- Return Labels: Contact your local postal service (USPS, Canada Post, etc.)—we cannot generate labels.
